Victoria Gourmet Victoria Taylor's Seasonings Sesame Teriyaki Stir Fry

Sesame Teriyaki Chicken Stir Fry: Prep: 20 min. Cook: 15 min. Serves: 8. Ingredients: 4 tablespoons toasted sesame oil, divided; 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1 inch cubes; 1 packet Victoria Taylor's Sesame Teriyaki Stir Fry Seasoning; 6 cups assorted chopped vegetables, such as bell pepper, snow peas, carrots, onions, scallions, bok choy, broccoli florets; 3 tablespoons tamari soy sauce. 1. Heat wok or large skillet to medium-high heat and add 2 tablespoons of toasted sesame oil. 2. Add chicken and 2 tablespoons of Sesame Teriyaki Stir Fry Seasoning; saute until just cooked, about 7-8 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside. 3. Add remaining toasted sesame oil and remaining seasoning to the hot pan with all of the vegetables. Saute for 5 minutes, until crisp-tender. 4. Add chicken back to the pan with the tamari soy sauce and toss ingredients together. Serve over rice.
