Cooking Directions: 1. Add 1 cup truRoots Sprouted Quinoa Trio to 1-1/2 cups boiling water (add salt if desired) in a medium saucepan. 2. Reduce heat to simmer. Cover and cook 12 minutes or until water is absorbed. 3. Remove from heat. Let steam, covered, for 5 minutes. Fluff with fork and serve. Makes 4 servings. Rehydrating Directions: Soak 1 cup truRoots Sprouted Quinoa Trio in 3 cups warm water for 45-60 minutes or until desired consistency is achieved.
