Microwave on high 4-6 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Popping sounds may occur. Let cool for at least 1 minute before removing from microwave. Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Food must be cooked thoroughly. Internal temperature needs to reach 165 degrees f as measured by a food thermometer in several spots. Read and follow the above cooking directions.
