Recipes: To cook, gently simmer greens in a saucepan, or zap in a microwave dish, until hot. For a terrific side dish, combine turnip greens and cooked rice and season with my Great Greens Seasoning. For serious heat, add my Kickin Hot, Hot Sauce. Already cooked. Heat and eat.
