Shan Kheema Masala

Ingredients Required: Ground/Minced Meat: 1 kg/ 2.2 lbs. Onions: 3 medium/ 300 g, finely chopped. Garlic Paste: 1-2 tablespoons. Ginger Paste: 1-2 tablespoons. Green Chilies: 3-4 medium, finely chopped. Cilantro/Fresh Coriander: 2 tablespoons, chopped. Tomatoes: 2 medium/ 150 g, diced. Cooking Oil: 1 cup/ 175 ml. Shan Keema Mix: 1 packet, mix in 1/2 cup water. Steps of Cooking: 1. Heat oil, fry onions until transparent, add garlic paste, ginger paste, Shan Keema Mix and ground / minced meat. Stir fry until liquid nearly dries. 2 Add tomatoes and 1 - 2 cups water. Cover and cook on low heat (20 - 30 minutes) until mince is tender. 3. Add green chilies, fresh coriander and cook until oil separates Stir frequently. For Gravy: Add 1-2 cups water and bring to boil. Then simmer on low heat for 10 minutes; If desired remove excessive oil before serving. Serving Suggestion: Serve with hot roti/naan. Recipe Translation Printed Inside: French, Urdu, Hindi & Bangla.
