Keep refrigerated. Pasta - Simply place 2-3 tablespoons of Sea Gold's Garlic Butter on 4 - 6 oz of cooked pasta, stir and serve. Shrimp or Scallop Scampi - Use thawed, cooked or raw shrimp or scallops. Place 3 heaping teaspoons of Sea Gold's Garlic Butter in a frying pan on medium heat for each 4-6 oz of seafood. Cook for 4-6 minutes, reduce heat and add 1-2 tablespoons of Garlic Butter to the frying pan. When the Sea Gold's Garlic Butter is melted, serve. Garlic Bread - Slice a loaf of French or Italian bread into 2 to 3 inch slices, but do not separate. Spread Sea Gold's Garlic Butter on each slice, wrap in aluminum foil with the top open and bake at 350 F for about 12 minutes. Meat or Pork - Cook meat your favorite way and use Sea Gold's Garlic Butter as a baste just prior to serving. Steamed Clams or Mussels - For each 8-10 clams or mussels melt 2 tablespoons of Sea Gold's Garlic Butter in a covered sauce pan with 1/2 cup of water. Steam on medium heat until the clams or mussels have opened. Serve with garlic bread. Vegetables - Add 1-2 tablespoons of Sea Gold's Garlic Butter to your favorite steamed vegetable.
