You Will Need: 1 lb (454 g) lean ground beef; 2-3/4 cups (651 ml) hot water; 1/2 cup (118 ml) 2% milk. 1. Brown ground beef in skillet; drain, and return to skillet. 2. Stir in hot water, milk, seasoning mix, and uncooked pasta. 3. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. 4. Reduce heat and cover; simmer for about 15-20 minutes, until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally. 5. Remove from heat and uncover. Let stand for 3 minutes. Sauce will thicken as it stands.
