1. In a medium pot bring 1-1/4 cup water to a boil. 2. Add 1 cup Couscous, 2 tbsp Sadaf grapeseed oil or butter and 1/4 tsp salt, cover and let stand boil for 1 minute. 3. Remove from heat, cover and let stand 5-8 minutes. 4. Fluff Couscous with Sadaf vegetarian stews, chicken kabob, meat kabob, or enjoy it plain. Store in a cool dry place.
