Cooking Directions: 1 cup of rice. 2-1/4 cups water. Combine ingredients in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Stir once. cover, and reduce heat. Simmer for 15 minutes or until rice is tender and has absorbed all the liquid. Remove from heat and let stand covered for 5 to 10 minutes. For best results, we recommend using a rice cooker.
