What to Get: 1 lb (450 g) chicken, beef, pork or your choice of seafood; 1 bunch (6 oz) Chinese green vegetables (Chinese broccoli, bok choi); 2 cups (390 g) jasmine rice. Suggested Cooking Instructions: 1. Heat two tablespoons of oil in a medium saucepan. 2. Add your choice of meat or seafood and cook on high for 2-3 minutes until seared. 3. Add vegetables and stir-fry 2-3 minutes or until vegetables are tender. 4. Pour simmer sauce in pan, stir contents, cover pan with lid and reduce heat to low. Simmer until meat is fully cooked. 5.
