Ortega White Corn Taco Shells

For great tasting tacos. You will need: 1-1/2 lb ground beef; 1 cup water; 1-1/2 packets (1.25 oz) Ortega taco seasoning mix; shredded lettuce & diced tomatoes; shredded cheese; Ortega thick & smooth taco sauce, any variety; Ortega fire roasted diced green chiles. 1. Brown beef; drain. Stir in water and seasoning mix. Heat until thickened, stirring often. 2. Remove taco shells from plastic conatiner. Bake shells in preheated 350 degrees F oven 3 to 4 minutes or microwave on high 40 to 60 seconds. Do not prepare taco shells in toaster oven. 3. Fill taco shells with meat mixture and toppings. Store unused taco shells in airtight plastic bag or container.
