Remove fillet from pouch and place skin side down on foil. Thawed: Grill 10-15 minutes. Frozen: Grill 20-25 minutes. Microwave: Remove fillet from pouch and place skin side down in microwave-safe dish. Cover dish loosely with paper towel. Additional cooking time is needed when cooking 2 fillets. Testing done in 1100 watt oven. Thawed: Microwave on high 2-3 minutes. Let stand in microwave 2 minutes, then carefully remove. Frozen: Microwave on high 3-4 minutes. Let stand in microwave 2 minutes, then carefully remove. Use caution as product is hot. Handling: Keep frozen until thawing for use.
