Marie Callender's Cinnamon Apple Muffin Mix

You Will Need: 1 egg; 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons milk; 4 tablespoons butter melted. Instructions - Makes 6 Muffins: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line 6 muffin cups with paper liners or coat each with non-stick spray. 2. In medium bowl whisk together Egg, Milk and melted Butter until well-blended. Stir in Muffin Mix just until dry ingredients are moistened. Batter will be lumpy. 3. Scoop batter evenly into muffin cups. Filling each about 3/4 full. Sprinkle top of muffins with Topping (recipe below), if desired. 4. Bake 400 degrees F 14-16 minutes, or until muffins are golden on top and spring back when lightly touched with fingertip. 5. Cool 1 minute before removing from pan. To Make Brown Sugar Crumb Topping: 1/4 cup flour. 3 tablespoons brown sugar, packed. 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon. 1 tablespoon butter, melted. In a small bowl, thoroughly blend together flour, sugar and cinnamon. Stir in melted butter until mixture forms moist crumbs. Sprinkle topping evenly over muffins just before baking.
