Mantova Potato Gnocchi Basil

Cooking: Remove contents from pouch. Add contents to 4 quarts of rapidly boiling water (salt water to taste). Boil for 2 to 3 minutes. Stir occasionally. Gnocchi will float to top when cooked. Drain and serve with your favorite sauce. Serving Suggestion: Gnocchi (potato dumpling) is a traditional Italian dish that is served as a first course, or as side dish to accompany roasts, chicken and many other main courses, dishes. Gnocchi can be served with Extra Virgin Olive Oil or butter and grated cheese, with your favorite tomato sauce or pesto sauce. Storage: Need no refrigeration. After opening, keep in refrigerator and use within 3 days.
