Kingsford St. Louis Style Center Cut Ribs With Sweet & Smoky Kansas City Style Sauce

Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and place oven rack in middle position. 2. Remove all outer packaging, peel away and discard inners film. 3. Baste top of rack with sauce. 4. Place pan in oven and heat about 15 minutes until internal temp reaches 165 degrees F and sauce begins to caramelize. 5. Baste ribs with remaining sauce and serve. Grill: 1. Pre-light charcoal according to package directions or turn grill to medium-high and allow to heat up prior to cooking. 2. Remove all outer packaging, peel away and discard inner film. 3. Baste top of rack with sauce. 4. Place pan directly on grill and heat for approximately 8 minutes. 5. Flip occasionally and baste as desire until internal temp reaches 165 degrees F and sauce begins to caramelize. Remove all plastic prior to heating. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw before cooking.
