Bring 4 quarts of water to boil. Salt to taste (optional). Drop lasagna strips, singly, into boiling water. If noodles stick together, separate gently. Cook 7 to 9 minutes or until desired tenderness. Do not overcook. Drain. Note: If building a layered lasagna, cook only until just tender, 5-7 minutes. Package contains 10-12 noodles, enough for a 9 x 13 inch pan of baked lasagna.
