Greenfield Smoked Ham Steaks

Keep refrigerated below 40 degrees F at all times. This product is fully cooked and may be served cold. For best results heat to an internal temperature of 140 degrees F. Heating Instructions: Remove ham from packaging. Pan Fry: Place in a non-stick or lightly greased frying pan over medium heat. Heat for 5 minutes, turning over half way through heating time. BBQ/Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat. Lightly grease grill. Place ham steak(s) on grill and heat for 4-5 minutes turning occasionally. Consume within 7 days after opening.
