Goya Rice & Red Beans

1. In a medium saucepan, bring 2-1/2 cups of water to a boil. Add contents of rice packet and 2 tablespoons of Goya Olive Oil, Corn Oil or butter. Stir. 2. Boil for 1 minute, cover tightly, and reduce heat to low. Cook for 30 minutes or until water is absorbed. 3. Stir rice and serve. Makes 5(1/2 cup) servings.
