Tools You'll Need: 2-8 inch round pans or 2-8 inch square pans or 13 inch x 9 inch baking pan; non-stick cooking spray; mixer (optional); wire whisk; mixing bowl; measuring spoons. Baking Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat pans with non-stick cooking spray; set aside. 2. With mixer at low speed, mix all ingredients until just combined; scrape bowl. Turn mixer to high & beat for 1 minute, scraping bowl as needed (If you don't have an electric mixer; substitute with melted butter and whisk by hand). 3.
