DaVinci Porcini Mushrooms Risotto

Cooking: Stove Top: Pour the pouch contents into a non-stick saucepan with 2-1/2 cups cold water and a tablespoon of butter or olive oil, stir. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and continue to stir occasionally for an additional 15-18 minutes or until water evaporates. Let risotto rest for a couple of minutes before serving. Top with freshly grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
