Crock-Pot BBQ Pulled Pork Seasoning Mix

BBQ Pulled Pork: What You'll Need: 1 pkg. Crock-Pot BBQ Pulled Pork Seasoning. 1/2 cup (120 mL) ketchup. 1/2 cup (225 g) brown sugar. 3 lbs. boneless pork firmly packed shoulder, picnic, or Boston butt, well trimmed. 1/3 cup (80 mL) cider vinegar. 1 cup (235 mL) water. Preparation: 1. Place pork in slow cooker. 2. Mix entire seasoning packet with water, ketchup, brown sugar and vinegar until blended. Pour ever pork. 3 cover & cook 8 hours on low or - 4 hours on high. 4. Remove pork from slow cooker. Shred, using two forks. Return meat to slow cooker. Mix with sauce and heat before serving. Do not remove cover during cooking.
