Claude's Mesquite Barbeque Meat Marinade

Directions for Meat Marinade: Place larger/thicker cuts of meat (beef roast, briskets, tri-tips) in cooking/browning bag, pour sauce into bag over meat (2 oz. per lb). Marinate meat over night in bag in refrigerator. Next day, place bag with meat in pan, place pan in oven. Cook larger cuts of meat (6 lbs. and over) at 300 degrees F for 4 to 4-1/2 hrs. or until tender for smaller cuts of meat (5 lbs. and under) cook at 300 degrees F for 40 min. per pound. Save juice, add water to taste and pour over meat when ready to heat & serve. Marinate thinner meats (stems, pork & law chops, spare ribs, chicken breasts or fish) for 45 min. to 1 hr. before cooking or grilling. For excellent meatloaf add 1/2 oz. per lb of meat when mixing ground meat. Also excellent for deer or elk meat. For cooking only. Shake well before using.
