For food safety and quality, follow the cooking direction. Before eating cook thoroughly to at least 160 degrees F as measured by an instant-read food thermometer. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Adjust times and heat setting as needed. Refrigerate leftovers. Stove-Top Directions: Heat ¼ cup water to boiling in 2 quart saucepan. Add vegetables. Cover; cook over medium-high heat 6 to 9 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked. Drain. Microwave Directions: Important: Do not microwave in bag. Pour vegetables and 1 tablespoon water into 1-1/2 quart round microwave casserole dish. Cover; microwave on high according to chart, stirring halfway through cook time, until thoroughly cooked. Caution: hot! Uncover carefully; stir well. Drain. Microwave Wattage (microwave wattages vary; adjust cook time for the wattage of your microwave. Do not leave microwave unattended): 1200; 5-1/2 to 6 minutes time on high. 1000; 6 to 6-1/2 minutes time on high. 700; 6-1/2-7 minutes time on high. Keep frozen.
