Bob's Red Mill Whole Grain Hulled Gluten Free Millet

Basic Cooking Instructions: Bring 2 cups water or stock to a boil in a pot. Add 1 cup millet; cover, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until all water is absorbed, about 20 minutes. Makes 4 servings (about 2-1/2 cups). Keeps best refrigerated or frozen.
