Cooking Tips: Using a Skillet or Grill: Sear meat for 1 minute per side at high heat, then reduce heat to medium high for 2-3 minutes per side. Season with salt, pepper and garlic. Using a Broiler: Sear meat for 1-2 minutes per side to lock in moisture and then place in the broiler at 350 degrees for another 3 minutes or desired wellness.
