Microwave Instructions: 1. Place 2 ears corn into a 2-quart microwave safe dish. Add 1/4 cup water. 2. Cover and microwave on high for 9-10 minutes. Stir ears halfway through cooking. 3. Bring water to a full boil ever high heat, reduce heat to medium. 3. Cover and cook over medium heat for 4 to 6 minutes or until heated through. 4. Let stand covered for 1-2 minutes after cooking.
