Gas & Electric Grills: Soak two handfuls of wood chips in water for approximately 15 minutes. Drain chips and loosely wrap in aluminum foil (leaving the ends open for ventilation). Place foil directly on heat source (underneath the cooking grate). Replace cooking grate. When chips begin to smoke (approximately 7-10 minutes) you are ready to cook.
